HOTEL RESERVATION

A special agreement with the Hotel has been activated so, a number of rooms have been reserved for MeMeA 2011 delegates. Due to great demand for hotel rooms during the period of the Conference, an early hotel reservation is suggested.

In case of need of a different category Hotel or of a different kind of accommodation (bed and breakfast, houses), participants can contact the MeMeA organizers.

Prices can be found in the reservation form and are per room, per night, include breakfast and VAT.

All accommodations will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The deadline for hotel reservations is March 31, 2011. After that date availability cannot be guaranteed; however the organizers will try to find an accommodation.

Cancellations and refund : The reservation can be cancelled up to 10 days before the stay. In case of no-show the full amount of the hotel stay will be charged.
